k,you alredy know you ip need to be public ,and just open wamp and you need to have a server and in the smql odinms extract the cype files then you hit localhost and a installition guide should pop up then you do what the say and done D=

ya extract the files into the www directory in wamp and then click the wamp icon on the bottom right and click localhost and follow the instructions.

No-ip.com is easy register acc and set up then create a new host and then wait 5 minute and it should work if you got any probrlom post back or contact me or pm me D= il help ya out
